Entering Summer With Intention
Saturday, June 27, 2026 | 11 AM – 1 PM
Suffolk, VA
Join MG&Co. and Train & Flo for a gentle summer experience centered on movement, meaningful conversation, and intentional connection.
Kisses, Cocktails, & Yoga was created as a space for women to slow down, breathe deeper, and enter the summer season with softness, presence, and care. This intimate gathering will begin with a beginner-friendly, R&B-inspired yoga flow led by Tasha Mack of Train & Flo, followed by light bites, prosecco + juice cocktails, mocktail options, and a guided girl chat centered on Softness, Energy & Becoming.
Guests will also experience the debut of MG&Co.’s Summer Trio candle collection, Love at Brunch, along with the release of the Summer edition of the MG&Co.love virtual magazine.
This is not a performance-based fitness class. It’s a moment to reconnect with yourself, move gently, and simply be present.
